Want to see your patch design on uniforms?

Each BSA council has individual shoulder patches that identify their council at a glance.  Council shoulder patches, or CSPs, came into existence in 1972.  Councils continually change the designs pictured on their official patches to reflect changes within their council, such as new districts.

To help celebrate the formation of the Northern Lights and Southern Prairie districts, we are hosting a Council Shoulder Patch contest! All submissions are welcome from Scouts, Scouters, and members of the community. We are looking for an original design that captures the spirit, energy and excitement of Scouting in our Council.

Voting is now open! We received so many wonderful ideas that it was hard to narrow down the selection. Use the form to the left to select your favorite design. Don’t forget to hit submit at the bottom!

Voting will be available on this page and closes November 30. The winning design will be announced at December Round Table!
