Troop Advancement Philosophy: Leadership helps provide opportunities through First Class. Sign off in Scout Books with parents involvement in Scoutbook. After Furst class they should have the momentum to attain leadership skills needed to continue to advance.
Activities to help with advancement: Scoutmaster conferences, BOR to see what goals need to be met. We will find leadership to meet the goals of the Scouts if they want to plan events. We have leadership meetings to discuss this and the direction of our troop.
Percentage advancement in the last 12 months: All of them have received first year awards. Two have received rank advancements and the other first year younger scouts are at about 80% of the next rank advancement
