Financial

Approximate yearly cost to be involved in the troop: $50 for registration

What does this include? National dues, handbook neckerchief. We only charge $2.50/ meal for campouts. Troop picks up any difference.

Fundraising opportunities: Popcorn sales and we have an annual soup lunch & pie auction at the church after services on the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Proceeds from Popcorn enters the scout’s account. Soup lunch funds troop.

Anything else for prospective scouts to know about Troop 002?

We have special needs scouts. Wide variety of abilities. Totally accepting. Parent participation is recommended. Utilize the beyond the age of eligibility rules for some.
